Event Description

Our Historic Public Preview is Friday, July 12th from 10 am to 6 pm EST and free to the public!

There will be a Lunch & Learn at 12 pm hosted by Case’s Vice President for Fine and Decorative Arts and ISA-accredited appraiser, Sarah Drury. She will lead a 40-minute presentation, “Art & Antique Assets – Determining Value in Today’s Changing Market.” Whether you’re a beginning or advanced collector, are settling an estate, or work with art and antiques in a fiduciary role, learn how to better understand and research value, and find out what you should never just “give away” in today’s market. Don’t be the person who sold a $1 million vase for $10 in an estate sale! Bring your own brown bag lunch and we will provide water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
Phone and Absentee Bids Deadline is also at 12 pm. Phone Lines are limited. Bid cards can be given out during our public preview or on auction day.

Our Historic Summer Auction starts at 9am Eastern Saturday, July 13th and includes 773 lots featuring important estate collections of fine art, jewelry, and antiques from the estates of Jane Dudley, Nashville; Judith Crosland, Knoxville; Julia Holland Gasque, Kingston; Mrs. Frank Wood, Dickson; Olen Bryant, Clarksville; Celia (CeCe) Webb, Nashville; Living Estate of Betty Frierson, Knoxville and Annette Petri of Nashville, and other private and museum collections.
